The company has completed 1,000 affordable units, set for official commissioning by Governor Fubara on December 15th.
Organizers and industry leaders are buzzing with excitement. Renowned developer and organizer of the Africa Housing Awards, Barrister Festus Adebayo hailed it as ‘a step in the right direction’ to tackle the continent’s urgent housing deficit.”
According to him “This comes hot on the heels of the Awards’ brainstorming session on December 12th, where stakeholders gathered to chart solutions for Africa’s housing challenges.
Top experts were celebrated, and organizers reaffirmed zero tolerance for scammers in the sector.”
“At the helm of TAF Global is Global CEO Mustapha Njie—often called TAF—a visionary Gambian real estate entrepreneur. He’s spearheading affordable, large-scale housing across sub-Saharan Africa, with flagship projects like Greater TAF City in Nigeria and TAF City in The Gambia.” he added
“Congratulations, my brother, my friend Mustapha Njie—President of TAF Global! What a good way to end the year 2025! I am waiting for more good news from our winners.” he added
Barr Festus disclosed that the Housing industry will continue to celebrate exceptional individuals who are making the sector better with their expertise and are working round the clock to deliver affordable housing for citizens in states across Nigeria and beyond.
