Davido announces Nigerian leg of “5ive Tour” across five states
Afrobeats sensation Davido has officially unveiled the Nigerian leg of his much-anticipated “5ive Tour”, set to take place across five states between October and December 2025.
According to a post shared on his official X handle, the tour will begin in Akwa Ibom on October 26, move to Adamawa on October 29, continue in Enugu on November 1, and Ibadan on November 9, before wrapping up with a grand finale in Lagos on December 25.
Sharing his excitement about returning home, the multi-award-winning singer wrote, “I am blessed to perform all around the world, and everywhere I go, Nigeria goes with me. But this time, I’m bringing it home. After an unforgettable North American tour, it’s only right we bring that energy back where it all began.”
Davido described the tour as both “personal” and “for the culture,” saying, “5ive Tour Nigeria, y’all ready? This one’s for the culture. This one’s personal. This one is for us.”
The announcement marks Davido’s first major multi-city tour in Nigeria in recent years, following his sold-out Timeless Concert at Tafawa Balewa Square, Lagos, on April 25, 2023, and his stadium performance in Abuja later that same year.
Fans have since flooded social media with excitement, eagerly anticipating energetic performances and unforgettable moments as Davido prepares to bring his international tour energy back home.
