Gov Bago hails massive turnout in Niger LG Polls, commends voters’ conduct ( Photos )
Governor Umaru Bago has expressed satisfaction with the impressive voter turnout witnessed during the Niger State local government elections, describing it as a clear sign of public trust in the democratic process.
The governor commended the orderly conduct of voters across the state and praised their commitment to peaceful participation.
He also appreciated President Bola Tinubu for upholding the autonomy of sub-national elections, noting that such independence strengthens Nigeria’s democracy.
Governor Bago, widely admired for his leadership style, reaffirmed his administration’s dedication to promoting free, fair, and transparent elections at all levels.
