Palton Morgan emerges Real Estate Company of the Year at 2025 Africa Housing Awards
Palton Morgan Holdings has emerged Real Estate Company of the Year at the 2025 Africa Housing Awards, in recognition of its sustained leadership, innovation and scale in Nigeria’s real estate development sector.
The award acknowledges Palton Morgan’s position as one of the country’s leading luxury real estate development brands, with a track record of delivering large-scale, master-planned residential communities and premium properties across Lagos, Ogun State and the Federal Capital Territory.
Since its establishment in 2008, the company has delivered over 7,000 housing units and serviced plots, with more than 15,000 units currently under development, backed by a customer satisfaction rating of 96 per cent .
Palton Morgan operates through a group structure that includes Grenadines Homes, PropertyMart Real Estate Investment, PM Capital, Mitcherutti Contractors, PaltonLoitte & Associates and Oceanna Development.
Through these business units, the company has focused on the acquisition, construction, sales and marketing of prime residential properties, while consistently raising standards in design, construction quality and service delivery .
The company is chaired by Femi Olubanwo, with Adeyinka Adesope serving as Group Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer. Under their leadership, Palton Morgan has grown into one of the largest real estate development brands in Nigeria, supported by a workforce of about 200 professionals and a portfolio that spans luxury developments, serviced plots and townhouses .
Its flagship projects include The Oceanna on Victoria Island, Skyvilla in Ikoyi, L5 Banana on Banana Island, Paramount Twin Towers in Oniru, Claren Villas and Clarence Gate, alongside large residential estates in Abuja and Ogun State. These developments have positioned the company as a major player in Nigeria’s high-end and middle-income housing markets .
The Real Estate Company of the Year honour adds to Palton Morgan’s growing list of recognitions. Previous awards received by the company include Most Innovative Real Estate Company, Best World-Class Luxury Real Estate Brand of the Decade, and Best World-Class Real Estate Development Company of the Year, reflecting its consistency in corporate governance, innovation and market leadership .
