United Nigeria Airlines to resume Warri flights, expand routes to Ilorin, Sokoto, Accra
United Nigeria Airlines has announced plans to resume flight operations from Lagos and Abuja to Osubi Airport in Warri, beginning Monday, August 25, 2025.
The airline said the decision is part of its commitment to providing seamless, reliable, and customer-focused air travel across the country.
Chief Operating Officer and Executive Director of the airline, Osita Okonkwo, described Warri as an important route, expressing excitement about the return. “Warri is a key destination for us, and we are excited to return with the dependable service our passengers trust,” he stated.
In addition, the airline is set to expand its network with the launch of new routes. Starting soon, United Nigeria Airlines will operate direct flights from Lagos and Abuja to Ilorin, as well as a new Abuja-Sokoto service. From October 17, 2025, the airline will also begin flights from Lagos and Abuja to Accra, Ghana, with more destinations expected to follow.
