The Chief Executive Officer of AIBEN properties Ltd Chief Dr Andy Elerewe has underscored the importance of partnership, community wellness, and nation-building.
Dr Andy made this known while delivering his speech at the recently concluded NUJ FCT 2025 Football Tournament.
Expressing his gratitude, AIBEN CEO Dr. Elerewe described it as a “privilege” to partner with the Nigeria Union of Journalists FCT Council. an institution he lauded as “very trustworthy.”
He emphasized that AIBEN’s commitment transcends its core business of real estate development.
“For us at AIBEN, it is vital to create platforms where people can come together to network, foster wellness, and enjoy life beyond work,” Dr. Elerewe said.
He highlighted the company’s dedication to promoting fun, exercise, and social interaction as part of a holistic approach to wellbeing.
Dr. Elerewe revealed that AIBEN has been supporting this tournament for the past two years and vowed the company’s ongoing commitment.
“We are very happy with what has happened so far. The warm and exciting atmosphere here is exactly what we aim to foster,” he noted.
He extended special commendation to the leadership of the NUJ FCT Council led by Comrade Grace Ike applauding their foresight in initiating a program that blends recreation, networking, and the exchange of skills.
“Kudos should be given for creating an initiative that truly enhances wellness and camaraderie among members,” he stated.
Beyond sports and networking, Dr. Elerewe reminded attendees that AIBEN’s mission is broader than building houses.
“Supporting important institutions like NUJ is also part of our contribution to nation-building,” he explained.
Praising the NUJ FCT’s critical role in Nigeria’s development, he called on other corporate organizations to emulate AIBEN’s example by supporting NUJ’s programs. “By doing so, we help amplify the voice of the voiceless and build a stronger society,” he affirmed.
Highlighting AIBEN’s social responsibility, Dr. Elerewe affirmed the company’s continued support for those who face injustice, emphasizing that fostering a fair, better society is a shared goal.
On the health aspect, he praised the tournament for providing a platform where participants can improve their wellbeing through sport.
“We believe health is wealth, and better platforms like this encourage a healthier lifestyle,” he remarked.
The tournament itself featured exciting action, with AIBEN Properties emerging victorious in the NUJ FCT Council 2026 Novelty match, defeating Nigeria Customs 3-1 — a thrilling testament to their competitive spirit and community involvement.
