Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan, representing Kogi Central, has confirmed the validation of her membership of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), calling on Nigerians—especially youths and party supporters—to follow suit.

The lawmaker disclosed this through her verified social media platforms, noting that she successfully completed the process via the party’s electronic registration portal.

She described the PDP as a formidable opposition platform and emphasised the importance of active participation by members to strengthen democratic engagement and inclusiveness across the country.

According to her, the party’s e-registration platform is now secure and accessible, urging Nigerians to take advantage of the simple digital process to formalise their membership.

Akpoti-Uduaghan stressed that increased involvement of citizens, particularly young people, is vital to shaping Nigeria’s political future and reinforcing accountability in governance.

Her move aligns with ongoing efforts by the PDP leadership to digitise its membership database and expand grassroots participation ahead of future political activities. The platform also allows Nigerians both within and outside the country to register and validate their membership seamlessly online.
