Kogi court sacks Ohinoyi of Ebiraland from office
A High Court in Lokoja, Kogi State, has removed the Ohinoyi of Ebiraland, His Majesty Ahmed Muhammed Tajani Anaje, from his position.
Justice Salisu Umar, the presiding judge at High Court 6 in Lokoja, ruled on Monday that Anaje must cease presenting himself as the traditional ruler of Ebiraland.
The case was brought forward by Dr. Barnabas Adeku Ojiah and two others, who filed the suit against the Governor of Kogi State.
