Nigeria’s inflation drops again, gits 16.05% in October — NBS
Nigeria’s headline inflation rate has dropped further to 16.05 percent in October 2025, according to new data released by the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS).
The figure, published on Monday in the agency’s latest Consumer Price Index (CPI) report, reflects continued progress in stabilising prices across the country.
The NBS noted that this is the seventh consecutive month that Nigeria has recorded a decline in its inflation rate this year, signalling a sustained downward trend.
