Osimhen confident as Galatasaray prepare for crucial UCL clash
Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen has expressed confidence ahead of Galatasaray’s upcoming UEFA Champions League match, saying he is ready to lead the Turkish side to victory.
Osimhen, who joined Galatasaray on a big transfer deal earlier this season, said he feels fully fit and motivated to deliver for the club and its fans.
Speaking to reporters ahead of the game, the Super Eagles forward said, “I’m ready to give my best. Every game in the Champions League is important, and I want to help my team win.”
He praised his teammates and the club’s supporters for their backing, noting that their energy has kept him focused. “We play together, we fight together, and with the fans behind us, we believe we can win,” he added.
Osimhen has been in good form recently, scoring key goals in both league and European fixtures. Galatasaray will be hoping his scoring streak continues as they chase qualification to the knockout stage of the competition.
