Popoola celebrates Deolu Akande at 60, applauds leadership

The former Chairman of the Oyo State chapter of the Association of Local Governments of Nigeria (ALGON) during the first tenure of Governor Abiola Ajimobi, Honourable Yekeen Popoola, has congratulated Professor Deolu Akande, former Chairman of the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC), on the occasion of his 60th birthday.

Honourable Popoola, in a statement personally signed by him, commended Professor Akande’s unwavering commitment to grassroots development, describing him as a leader with exceptional strategic vision and tactical brilliance.

“Professor Akande’s contributions to the development of our nation, particularly his outstanding work at the helm of the NCC, are widely recognised,” Popoola stated.
