President Tinubu to celebrate 73rd birthday with special prayer
Ahead of his 73rd birthday on Saturday, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu will join other Muslims at the National Mosque in Abuja on Friday for a special prayer session for the country.
According to a statement from Bayo Onanuga, the President’s Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Tinubu will also take this opportunity to thank God for His guidance and support in leading the nation.
President Tinubu’s birthday falls during the holy month of Ramadan and just two months before the second anniversary of his administration.
On this important day, the President will focus on spiritual reflection and pray for Nigeria’s continued peace, progress, and prosperity.
By choosing to mark his birthday with a prayer session, President Tinubu is showing his dedication to the nation’s spiritual well-being and his commitment to seeking divine wisdom and strength in his leadership. He believes that collective prayer is a powerful way to guide the country towards unity and progress.
The President encourages the public to join the prayer session in spirit, by praying at their places of worship or wherever they may be, promoting a sense of national unity and shared purpose.
He expresses heartfelt gratitude to Nigerians for their ongoing support and goodwill as his government works to advance economic reforms, strengthen national security, and create opportunities for all citizens.
President Tinubu says, “I am truly thankful to Allah for the gift of life and for the chance to serve this great nation. As I celebrate another birthday and look ahead to our second anniversary, my heart is filled with renewed hope for Nigeria.
