Rivers Hoopers Join Kalahari Conference for 2025 BAL Season

Nigeria’s Rivers Hoopers have been drawn into the Kalahari Conference for the 2025 Basketball Africa League (BAL) season, set to take place in Morocco from April 5 to 13.
They will face stiff competition from FUS Rabat of Morocco, Al Ittihad of Egypt, and Stade Malien of Mali at the Prince Moulay Abdellah Sports Complex in Rabat.
This season marks a significant milestone with six new teams joining the league, including debutants from Cape Verde and Kenya.
Rivers Hoopers aim to build on their bronze medal finish from the previous season, with ambitions to reach the finals or win the championship
