Wase congratulates Uzodimma on appointment as pioneer Renewed Hope Ambassador
In a fresh wave of political commendations, former Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Ahmed Idris Wase, CON, has congratulated Imo State Governor, Senator Hope Uzodimma, on his recent appointment as Nigeria’s pioneer Renewed Hope Ambassador and Director-General for Party Outreach, Engagement and Mobilisation.
In a statement issued from Abuja, Wase described the appointment, made by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, as a clear affirmation of Uzodimma’s leadership depth, national service credentials, and proven capacity to mobilise citizens around a shared national vision.
According to him, the Presidency’s decision reflects the trust reposed in the governor’s ability to promote unity, strengthen political engagement, and drive national cohesion under the banner of the Renewed Hope Agenda.
Wase further pledged his full cooperation and support as the governor assumes the new national assignment, stressing his readiness to work closely with Uzodimma “to ensure the success of this mission for the good of the ruling party and the country at large.”
He expressed confidence that Uzodimma’s stewardship will enhance grassroots mobilisation, deepen national unity, and elevate the achievements of the current administration across Nigeria’s geopolitical regions.
The former Deputy Speaker concluded by wishing Governor Uzodimma a successful tenure, expressing optimism that his role as Renewed Hope Ambassador will inspire greater unity, optimism, and sustainable progress in the nation.
