CAF confirms revised dates for 2025 African Nations Championship

The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has announced new dates for the rescheduled African Nations Championship (CHAN), which will now take place from 2nd to 30th August 2025. The tournament, originally set for February, was postponed to give co-hosts Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda additional time to enhance their facilities in preparation for the competition.
Nigeria’s Super Eagles Team B will be among the 19 teams competing in the championship. The country has a commendable track record in CHAN, having secured a runners-up position in 2018 and a third-place finish in 2014.
