Real reason men must ejaculate 21 times monthly — Daddy Freeze
Popular Nigerian media personality, Ifedayo Olarinde, popularly known as Daddy Freeze, has stirred debate online after claiming that men need to ejaculate at least 21 times in a month to reduce their risk of developing prostate cancer.
The veteran broadcaster made the assertion during a recent livestream session with content creator Caterefe, where he discussed men’s health and prostate cancer prevention.
According to Daddy Freeze, although he does not encourage masturbation, regular ejaculation may help lower the chances of prostate-related health issues.
“I won’t encourage masturbation, but if a man doesn’t ejaculate up to 21 times monthly, he could be setting himself up for possible prostate cancer,” he said during the session.
A clip from the livestream has since gone viral on social media, sparking widespread reactions and debate, with many social media users, health advocates and medical professionals questioning the scientific basis of the claim.
While some users welcomed the conversation around men’s health and prostate cancer awareness, others cautioned against spreading unverified medical information, stressing the importance of relying on expert medical advice when discussing sensitive health issues.
The statement has reignited online discussions around prostate cancer awareness, men’s sexual health, and the responsibility of public figures to ensure accuracy when addressing health-related topics.
