Rodri returns to training after ACL injury
In a significant development for Manchester City, Ballon d’Or winner Rodri has resumed training after a prolonged absence due to a severe knee injury.
The midfielder, who suffered a ruptured anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) in September, has been seen performing individual drills at the Etihad Campus.
Despite initial expectations that he would miss the rest of the season, Rodri is targeting a return in time for the Club World Cup in June.
His absence has been deeply felt by Manchester City, who have fallen behind in the Premier League and exited the Champions League
