IWD 2025: Farmer Bago felicitates with Nigeria Women

Niger State Governor Farmer Mohammed Umaru Bago congratulates Women as they mark the 2025 International Women’s Day.
The farmer Governor in a message through his Chief Press Secretary, Bologi Ibrahim, acknowledges that the role of Women in building any society is indispensable.
He describes Women as unique, loving, compassionate, supportive, innovative and hardworking.
The Governor also commended the resilient and persevering nature of Women, and with strong mental ability to manage situations.
He noted that his administration has so far been women friendly and that it will continue to improve on that for more inclusivity in governance.
The farmer Governor reiterated that more empowerment programmes would be initiated, and several opportunities will also be created to uplift the life of Women in the State, which he said he is confident that it would have a multiplier effect on the Society.
While congratulating the Women world over, on the occasion of their International Day, Farmer Governor Umaru Bago urges them to remain focused and steadfast in reshaping the society by inculcating the right values in Children and youth to become better citizens
