Djokovic seals 100th Wimbledon victory with dominant performance

Novak Djokovic has achieved another remarkable milestone in his illustrious tennis career, clinching his 100th match win at Wimbledon following a commanding third-round victory over fellow Serbian, Miomir Kecmanovic.
The seven-time champion needed just one hour and 50 minutes to wrap up a 6-3, 6-0, 6-4 win, displaying his trademark precision and court control.
At 37, Djokovic becomes only the third player in singles history to record 100 Wimbledon victories, joining legends Martina Navratilova, who leads the women’s game with nine titles and 120 wins, and Roger Federer, who remains the all-time men’s leader with 105 victories at the All England Club.
Speaking after the match, Djokovic expressed gratitude for his journey at Wimbledon, calling himself “blessed” to still be competing and breaking records at the sport’s highest level. Should he go on to lift the trophy this year, it would mark his eighth Wimbledon title, equalling Federer’s record for the men’s singles championships, though he would still be one match win short of the Swiss legend’s overall tally.
For now, Djokovic continues his impressive march in this year’s tournament, chasing history with every step on Centre Court.
