BREAKING: Court orders Police to maintain status quo on Tinted Glass Permit case
The Federal High Court in Warri, Delta State, has ordered the Nigeria Police Force and the Inspector General of Police to maintain the status quo in the ongoing legal dispute over the tinted glass permit.
In its interim ruling, the court directed police authorities to respect judicial processes until further proceedings are concluded.
Confirming the development, Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN) Kunle Edun, who also chairs the NBA Spidel Public Interest Litigation Committee, described the order as a significant step toward upholding the rule of law while the substantive case is being addressed.
