Wike’s Son, Joaquin, bags Master’s Degree from King’s College London (Photos)
Joaquin Wike, son of the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, has earned a Master’s degree in Management and Technology Change from King’s College London, United Kingdom.
Photos from the graduation ceremony were shared on Thursday by the minister’s Senior Special Assistant on Public Communications and Social Media, Lere Olayinka, via his verified X (formerly Twitter) account.
According to Olayinka, the event was attended by members of the Wike family and several prominent political figures. Present at the ceremony were the minister’s wife and mother of the graduand, Justice Eberechi Suzzette Wike, as well as his siblings.
Also in attendance were the Chairman of the PDP Board of Trustees, Senator Mao Ohuabunwa; PDP National Vice Chairman (South-South), Chief Dan Orbih; and Adamawa State Governor, Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, among others.
Sharing details of the occasion, Olayinka wrote that Joaquin’s academic achievement was a moment of pride for the family, noting that relatives and political associates gathered to celebrate the milestone in London.
The latest graduation adds to the Wike family’s growing academic accomplishments.
In January 2025, one of the minister’s sons, Jordan Wike, completed a Master of Laws (LLM) degree at Queen Mary University of London, also in the United Kingdom.
