Tragedy strikes again as multiple fatal accidents rock Karu Bridge in Abuja

Panic gripped residents of Abuja on Monday following yet another fatal road accident at the Karu Bridge along the Nyanya-Mararaba axis, barely 24 hours after an earlier crash claimed lives in the same area.
According to reports, Monday evening’s incident involved a trailer and a vehicle conveying sachet water, leaving several feared dead and causing a heavy traffic gridlock on the usually congested road as emergency workers struggled to evacuate victims and clear the wreckage.
This came less than a day after a Sunday evening accident involving seven vehicles occurred on the same Karu Bridge.
