Nasarawa NUJ Felicitates with Muslims on Eid-el-Fitr celebration
The Nasarawa State Council of Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), warmly felicitates with the Muslim Ummah in the state on the occasion of the 2025 Eid-el-Fitr celebration.
This is contained in a statement signed by Sunday John, NUJ Secretary in the state, and made available to journalists on Saturday in Lafia.
The union expressed goodwill and best wishes to the Muslim faithful in the state as they marked the end of the holy month of Ramadan.
“We acknowledge the significance of Ramadan, a period of spiritual rejuvenation, fasting, and acts of charity, and urge all Muslim faithful to sustain love, kindness, and generosity, which are virtues of Ramadan beyond the festive period.
The union also emphasised the importance of peaceful coexistence and harmony among people of different faiths in the state and called for mutual respect and understanding among the people of the state.
The union, therefore, wishes all Muslim faithful a joyous and peaceful celebration.
