With an LL.M in Oil and Gas Law from the esteemed University of Aberdeen, UK, and extensive experience as a legal counsel and company secretary, Briggs has developed the skills necessary to navigate intricate regulatory environments and ensure adherence to policies—capabilities that are vital for policy development and execution in the education sector.
Alongside her notable academic achievements, including a Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) from the National Open University of Nigeria, and an LLB from Igbinedion University, Okada, Briggs has a deep understanding of educational frameworks, curriculum design, and policy implementation. Her ongoing efforts to obtain a Teacher Registration Council of Nigeria certification further highlight her commitment to the field.
Her experience as a Legislative Aide to Senator Monday Okpebholo has given her valuable insights into public policy, stakeholder engagement, and government operations, enabling her to effectively drive policy initiatives that support the state’s educational objectives.
