Remo Stars Coach, Nasarawa striker Yusuf to be honoured at NPFL awards
The Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) has announced that Remo Stars head coach Daniel Ogunmodede and Nasarawa United striker Anas Yusuf will be officially honoured in Abuja on September 2 as part of its newly restructured awards programme.
The recognition was initially scheduled for earlier in the summer but was delayed due to their involvement with the CHAN Eagles.
Yusuf emerged as the NPFL’s top scorer last season with 18 goals, while Ogunmodede led Remo Stars to their maiden league title in a historic campaign.
Each winner will receive ₦1.5 million alongside a commemorative plaque.
