Your hard work behind NSITF’s success story – Faleye to staff

The Managing Director and Chief Executive of the Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF), Barr. Oluwaseun Falaye, has commended staff of the organisation for their hard work and commitment to duty, saying that commitment is responsible for the success of the Fund.
Faleye, who stated this in his New Year Message to the staff, also applauded their sacrifices stressing that their contributions have been duly acknowledged.
“Your tireless efforts and hard work have been the driving force behind the Fund’s continued progress and stability. I want to assure you that your contributions have not gone unnoticed.
“The progress we have made is a direct result of your support, sacrifice, and unwavering commitment to our mission to protect workers and their families when it matters most”.
The MD/CE noted that his tenure has been challenging saying, “The past seventeen months have been challenging, to say the least. We have navigated a difficult environment, faced institutional pressures, and carried the weight of high expectations that come with our mandate.
“Despite these obstacles, you have continued to perform your duties with professionalism, integrity, and a deep sense of responsibility.
“These challenging times have tested our resolve, but they have also reminded us of what truly sustains an institution: people who remain committed, focused, and dedicated to the cause, even in the face of adversity.
“Together, we have upheld the highest standards, protected the integrity of the Fund, and remained steadfast in our commitment to our mandate”, he stated.
Appreciating the staff, Faleye said “I would like to express my sincere gratitude to each and every one of you for your unwavering dedication and commitment to the Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund.
“As we look ahead, Management is resolute in its determination to address our challenges in a deliberate and responsible manner. We will continue to take the necessary steps to stabilize, strengthen, and reposition the Fund for future success.
“I am also mindful of the expectations of our staff, particularly with regards to welfare. On the recommendations of your Executive Management, the Board has approved certain measures, subject to further regulatory approvals that will address these concerns. Your patience and confidence in us are greatly appreciated.
“I encourage you to remain focused, united, and committed to our shared vision. The work we do is critical, and the future of NSITF will be shaped by our collective determination to overcome present challenges and emerge stronger.
“Thank you for your service and dedication throughout the year. I wish you and your families a peaceful and joyous end-of-year season, and a New Year filled with renewed strength, hope, and confidence.Together, we will move forward,” he summed.
