Tonto Dikeh praises ex-husband Olakunle Churchill at son’s 10th birthday party
Actress and politician Tonto Dikeh took a moment of gratitude for her ex-husband, Olakunle Churchill, during their son’s 10th birthday celebration in Abuja.
The star-studded event featured a football theme and was attended by several Nigerian celebrities. In a video that has since gone viral, Dikeh expressed heartfelt appreciation for Churchill, describing him as “an amazing father.”
She said: “Thank you. I love you with the love of God. Churchill, you are an amazing father, and I just want to thank you so much. I love you with the love of God. I pray for your family, businesses, and other children. They will progress. Failure will not meet them. Everything that they touch will be blessed.”
Dikeh further prayed for Churchill’s prosperity and protection, adding: “God will go before them and make every crooked path straight. Your businesses will flourish. Whoever curses you shall be cursed. God will fight anyone who fights you.”
The birthday reunion marked a reconciliation between the couple after 10 years apart, facilitated by Pastor Jerry Eze. Churchill also commended Dikeh for raising their son with love and intention, while Dikeh credited Pastor Eze for helping her find peace and forgiveness.
The event has sparked conversations online, with many praising the co-parenting maturity displayed by both parties.
