Inordinate sense of entitlement!!!
In recent times, it seems as though a demon called entitlement has been unleashed upon the earth. Many people afflicted with this sense of entitlement are often ungrateful for any assistance or favour they receive, as they tend to believe it is either their right or that the giver should have done more. What a ridiculous and unattractive mindset!
In romantic relationships, particularly before marriage, providing monthly allowances does not foster growth. Instead, it encourages laziness, childish dependency, and an unhealthy sense of entitlement.
Rather than simply offering financial support, one should invest in a partner’s aspirations, business ideas, plans, and life vision. Those with an entitlement mindset often idle away, merely waiting for the next cheque to arrive.

Even when such individuals are set up with a business enterprise, they may become so accustomed to receiving free money that they fail to manage it seriously and professionally. It is essential to establish from the outset that financial support should only go towards a viable business plan, creative endeavour, or vision.

Do not encourage an inordinate sense of entitlement in your partner or spouse, or you risk becoming their perpetual victim. Be wise and discerning.
Do you feel me?
