NFF launches first CAF B-Licence Coaching Course in Abuja
President of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF), Alhaji Ibrahim Musa Gusau, has officially flagged off the maiden edition of the CAF B-Licence Coaching Course at the NFF-FIFA Technical Centre, located within the Moshood Abiola National Stadium, Abuja.
Describing the event as a major milestone for Nigerian football development, Alhaji Gusau welcomed both local and international participants to the training programme, which is designed to raise coaching standards across Africa.
He commended the NFF Technical Department, led by Coach Augustine Eguavoen, for the careful planning and collaboration that ensured the successful launch of the course.
Alhaji Gusau further disclosed that the NFF is working towards launching a CAF A-Licence programme before the end of the year, in line with ongoing efforts to strengthen coaching capacity in the country.
The B-Licence course, structured in modules, will run for four months and promises a comprehensive and impactful learning experience for the 25 coaches participating in this inaugural batch.
