To be held under the theme “Better Leadership for a Better Nigeria,” the high-level conference will convene some of the country’s most influential minds to reflect on Nigeria’s leadership journey at 65, explore its most pressing governance challenges, and chart bold new pathways for transformation, equity, and national renewal.
The Conference is being hosted by the Oxford Global Think Tank, founded by global finance and development leader Ms. Arunma Oteh, and is designed to catalyze strategic dialogue across public, private, and civic sectors on the role of ethical, inclusive, and results-driven leadership in shaping Nigeria’s future.

With sessions built around four key pillars, Public Policy & Inclusive Governance, Economic Transformation through Business Leadership, Technology & Entrepreneurship, and Intergenerational Transition, the event will serve as a platform for meaningful discussions and and collective action.
During the event, the Oxford Global Think Tank will also unveil its maiden report on African minerals titled, RAMP Africa: Reforming African Minerals to Prosper Africa while it’s Founder, Ms. Oteh will present her book published earlier this in the United Kingdom, All Hands on Deck: Unleash Prosperity through World Class Capital Markets.
