Super Eagles to begin World Cup Playoff camp in Morocco on November 9
The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) has announced that the Super Eagles will open their training camp for the 2026 FIFA World Cup playoffs on Sunday, November 9, in Rabat, Morocco.
According to the federation, head coach Eric Chelle is set to release his squad list for the mini-tournament next week.
The Super Eagles will take on the Panthers of Gabon in the first semi-final on Thursday, November 13, as part of their buildup to the World Cup qualification campaign.
The winner of the clash will face either Cameroon or the Democratic Republic of Congo in the final.
The Confederation of African Football (CAF) is expected to hold a draw today (Thursday) to determine the match venues for both games.
The El Barid Stadium and the Prince Moulay El Hassan Sports Complex, both located in Rabat, have been shortlisted as possible host venues for the fixtures.
