Those at the meeting included the Chief of Defence Staff, Chief of Army Staff, Chief of Naval Staff, and Chief of Air Staff.
They reportedly talked about how to tackle insecurity, including insurgency, bandit attacks, and oil theft, as well as how to improve cooperation among the armed forces.
