OSGF disassociates itself from corruption allegations, reaffirms commitment to transparency

The Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (OSGF) has distanced itself from allegations of corruption involving Hon. Andrew Torhile Uchi, Personal Assistant to the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, who is currently under investigation by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
In a statement issued by Segun Imohiosen, Director of Information and Public Relations, the OSGF reiterated its unwavering commitment to transparency, accountability, and integrity. The office emphasised that its leadership is not involved in the alleged misconduct and expressed confidence in the EFCC’s efforts to ensure that any individuals found culpable are brought to justice.
While urging the public to refrain from speculation or premature conclusions, the OSGF assured Nigerians of its dedication to upholding ethical governance. The statement further acknowledged the public’s understanding and support as investigations continue.
The EFCC’s probe into allegations of corruption, bribery, and money laundering against Uchi remains ongoing.
