NUJ FCT Council commiserates VP Zone D, Adeiza Momoh Jimoh over loss of wife

The Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) FCT Council has commiserated with the National Vice President, Zone D, Alhaji Adeiza MomohJimoh, on the demise of his wife, Zainab Adeiza.
Zainab reportedly died in the early hours of Wednesday in Okene, Kogi State and has been buried according to Islamic rite.
In a statement signed by the Secretary of Council, Comrade Jide Oyekunle and made available to journalists on Friday in Abuja, the council said “she would be greatly missed for her virtues and dedication to the work of God”.
The statement reads, “The NUJ FCT Council is deeply saddened to hear about the passing of your beloved wife, Zainab Adeiza. Please accept our heartfelt condolences during this incredibly difficult time.
“We received the news with shock and it is still difficult to come to terms with the reality that she has gone. She was not only a wonderful wife but also a source of support and inspiration to the younger generations and many people.
“Words cannot express the sorrow we feel for your loss. Zainab Adeiza was a remarkable person who touched the lives of many, and her memory will forever remain in our hearts. We hope you find comfort in the love and support of those around you.”
It would be recalled that, Alhaji Adeiza MomohJimoh, represented the National President of the Union at the concluded December 4, 2024 NUJ FCT Council election alongside Zonal Secretary, Mohammed Bala Dauda.
